We offer a free 30 day warranty on all store purchases, meaning we will provide a free replacement where possible, or a refund if this is not available for any product within this timeframe. To make a claim, please contact us within 30 days of your order date, providing clear and detailed information, such as your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and any other relevant details. The more information you provide, the quicker and easier we can assist you. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
